Ten Abington properties change hands as majority of sale prices await registry update
Ten Abington properties recorded deed transfers between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but only three carried a sale price so far: $450, $510 and $589, a median of $510 among priced sales. The top recorded sale was 18 Plymouth St. at $589, sold Sept. 10 from Frank R. and Evelyn R. Drew to Ashley Colameco. The other seven sales show price not yet available, a normal lag in registry data. Several transfers appear to be within the same family or into a trust based on matching names, and two buyers were LLCs. With most prices still pending, the period's overall market tone cannot yet be fully assessed from this data.
