The month's top sale was 96 Central St. at $768,500, sold July 31 by Aziz and Maria E. Guermoudi to Samuel and Kandace Webb Mossing. The remaining six deeds were nominal-consideration transfers, many involving shared family surnames or trusts rather than open-market transactions. With only five priced sales recorded, the data shows limited market-rate activity for the period, though two pending sales had not yet reported prices.
