Abington records ten deed transfers in late-July, August sales period

Ten properties changed hands in Abington between July 31 and Aug. 29, per Plymouth County Registry of Deeds records. Six of the ten sales disclosed a price, ranging from $300 to $768, with a median of $595. The top disclosed sale was 96 Central St. at $768, followed by 890 Bedford St. at $755. Four transfers, at Hamilton, Jamieson, Randolph and Kimber Circle addresses, did not disclose a price and each involved a grantor and grantee sharing a surname, consistent with within-family or trust transfers. The data shows steady but modest recorded activity, with no single street or price tier dominating the period.
