Most Abington Property Deeds Recorded Last Month List No Sale Price
ABINGTON -- Twelve property deeds were recorded in Abington from Aug. 14 to Sept. 12, but only three listed a sale price: $450, $625 and $900, for a median of $625 among disclosed transactions. The top disclosed sale was 13 Mahoney Circle at $900 on Aug. 28, sold by Luis A. and Julie A. Fleites to Daniel Jeremiah Sullivan and Daniel Sullivan. Bedford Street recorded two transfers, both involving LLCs. At least six of the 12 deeds show transfers within the same family or into a personal trust. With nine of 12 prices undisclosed, the data offers limited insight into current market values.
