Abington deed filings show tight price range as trust transfers mark several sales

Plymouth County Registry of Deeds records show 12 Abington property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19. Six carry recorded prices, ranging from $450 to $900 with a median of $637; the other six await price data, typical for recent filings. The period's top sale was 13 Mahoney Circle at $900. Battery Street and Bedford Street each saw two transactions, and three separate deeds moved property within the same family into a trust. With prices tightly clustered and no single outlier dominating the period, the month's filings point to a steady, unremarkable pace of activity rather than a shift in either direction.
