ABINGTON -- Eleven deeds recorded at the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds between June 19 and July 18 show a wide spread in home values, led by a $1.38 million sale on Crabtree Lane, while three family-related transfers carried only nominal consideration.

The second-highest sale was 38 Old Farm Road, which sold for $1,225,000 on June 24; Jill C. Dougan, trustee of the Dougan Family Trust, sold to Elizabeth E. Sabounjian and Kathleen E. Kiely. Third was 710 Linwood Street at $975,000 on June 25, sold by Jessica M. and Robert J. Johnson, as trustees, to Michael G. Parisse and Justyna Malek. Fourth was 43 Harrison Avenue at $875,000 on June 24, sold by Layla Realty Investments Inc. to Beath Properties LLC. Fifth was 42 Norton Avenue at $680,000 on June 25, sold by Abington Investments LLC to Brian and Katy Grant.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN Linwood Street saw two recorded sales in the period: 710 Linwood Street at $975,000 and 77 Linwood Street at $550,000, the latter sold by Paul F. and Maryanne Lebbossiere to Matthew Lebbossiere and Kerri Long on June 25. By price tier, one sale fell under $500,000: 16 Kingswood Drive, Unit 2, at $325,000.
