Sale prices disclosed in just one-third of July Abington property transfers
Plymouth County recorded 12 Abington property transfers between July 10 and July 21, but a sale price was disclosed in only four. Disclosed prices ranged from $415 to $700, with a median of $582. The period's top disclosed sale was 153 Pilgrim St at $700, sold by Maria Morales to Andrew and Jessica Brown on July 10. Five of the 12 deeds show a grantor and grantee sharing a surname, consistent with family or trust transfers. With two-thirds of records carrying no price and no repeat-street activity, the data offers only a partial picture of July's Abington housing market.
