Abington Records 11 Property Deeds as Prices Range From $535 to $900
Plymouth County Registry of Deeds records show 11 property transfers in Abington from July 17 to Aug. 15. Five of the 11 disclosed a sale price, ranging from $535 to $900, with a median of $685. The top disclosed sale was 214 Presidential Drive at $900, sold July 28 by Cheryl A. and James C. Thorburn to Dana Kennedy and Matthew McDermott. Bedford Street had two transfers, both undisclosed in price. Three transfers involved same-surname parties through family trusts or estates, and three were entity-to-entity transactions. More than half of all recorded deeds did not list a sale price.
