Abington posts 12 recorded deeds in late July, but few reveal a price

Twelve properties changed hands in Abington between July 7 and July 15, according to Plymouth County Registry of Deeds records, but only four listed a sale price. Those four ranged from $415 to $815, with a median of $600. The top disclosed sale was 101 Highfields Rd. at $815, sold by MD Investment Properties LLC to Peter Screnci and Bradley Spindle. Several of the period's undisclosed-price transfers involved parties sharing a last name, suggesting family transfers, while three others involved LLCs or trusts. With most prices withheld, the data offers only a partial picture of market conditions this period.
